Inspiration:
These pictures served as inspiration for my project. I knew going into this project I wanted to make sure I kept it modern in style. I loved the images in the Berger family crest, but also admired how in the Pritzker there was numbers. I was starting to get a plan.

Sketches Substitute: In substitute for a sketch, I will explain what was going through my head. I was intent on making something that symbolized my family indirectly. By this I mean that I only wanted people who knew what the logos meant to truly understand it. Almost like a family crest with "inside jokes". I knew that I wanted the colors to be blue and orange for the Denver Broncos. I remembered stories such as the hat being worn in
Overall, I think I did a pretty good job on this project. I felt as though I came out with something that truthfully represented my family.

Explained: The cross and twelve stars comes from the Crist last name origin. The name came in 12th century Germany and means someone affiliated with Christ. Also, the Colorado logo and mountains shadow my family's history in Colorado. Also, the 5280 feet (Mile High), nods to this. Lastly, the hat is a story of a family member who died in the Civil War whilst wearing a white hat.
